Im new to Guild Wars and im doing my research. I want to know which version is the newest? best graphics? best game play? which one people play the most? which one cost the less? and overall which one you think i should get?

As a rule people tend to play the newer games so that would be Nightfall and also the EOTN Expansion.

In terms of which chapter is the newest, it goes in this order (oldest to newest) : Prophecies, Factions, Nightfall, Eye of the North (though you need one of the first three to be able to play Eye of the North, as it's only an expansion and not a full chapter).
